Our Story


We grew from one small-town hardware store to one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world. Then and now, we’re committed to helping homeowners, renters and Pros improve their homes and businesses with our unique non electric pellet stoves and heaters.

How We Do It?

To deliver on our mission and drive market share acceleration, we launched our Total Home Strategy. Building upon our strong foundation, we will focus on five key areas: Pro, Online, Installation Services, Localization and Assortment. These five areas of focus are key pillars to the Lowe’s Total Home Strategy, underpinned by our focus on creating a seamless omni-channel retail experience for our customers.

Delivering Warm Every Day at a Time

The free Driveway Delivery service is a convenient option for those customers who cannot be home when their heating products are delivered. A delivery coordinator will contact you at least one day in advance to notify you of the delivery and take note of any detailed delivery directions that you specify. One of our skilled drivers will then deliver the product on your driveway the following day.

We Take Sustainability Seriously

Annual, professional maintenance of your non electric wood pellet stove appliance is essential to ensure it runs efficiently and safely. This protects you and your family from the risks associated with maintained appliances such as carbon monoxide poisoning. 

Supporting Local Products

We offer a full technical service and can look after all your maintenance and servicing needs. We commission new stoves, offer scheduled maintenance (stove servicing), fault-finding and repairs and can assist you in any other way that you may require for your wood pellet stove or boiler. We also carry a full stock of spare parts for all our stoves  to ensure that you're never left with a non-operational appliance.
